About You Our client is looking for an individual with the following skills and experience: Qualifications: Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner. Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s home, including time in a Deputy or Registered Manager role. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing professional development to team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Care Delivery and Therapeutic Support Oversee and implement personalised therapeutic interventions, ensuring the needs of each child are met in collaboration with external professionals. Promote best practices and a child-centred approach in all aspects of care delivery. Operational Management Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing, to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently. Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards, ensuring the home consistently operates at a high level of quality. Building Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, external agencies, and other stakeholders to provide holistic and comprehensive support for the children.
