Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Total Rewards Manager to lead our Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Americas. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to create and execute Total Rewards strategies that align with both global and regional objectives. Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Manage the Total Rewards CoE in the Americas, aligning compensation, benefits, and incentive programs with business needs.
2. Total Rewards Strategy: Develop and continuously refine innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with business needs and market trends.
3. Process Automation & Technology: Introduce AI-driven tools and digital platforms to optimize compensation planning, streamline benefits administration, and enhance decision-making.
4. Global Alignment: Implement global compensation frameworks while ensuring they meet local market needs.
5. M&A Integration: Manage Total Rewards due diligence and integration for M&A projects, harmonizing compensation and benefits programs post-acquisition.
6. Global Mobility: Oversee expatriate programs and manage global mobility processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees across borders.
7. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Utilize cutting-edge analytics and AI-driven insights to conduct salary surveys and evaluate pay competitiveness.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding senior management and HR teams on Total Rewards strategies.
9. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all programs meet legal and regulatory standards while leveraging technology to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Location:
This role can be based in Wakefield, MA or Alpharetta, GA, but we are open to considering the right candidate based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required:
1. 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR functions in a global environment.
2. A university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3. Proven experience managing regional or global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job grading.
4. Experience with Total Rewards due diligence and post-merger integration.
5. Strong expertise in global mobility programs and expatriate management.
6. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems (e.g., SAP, Workday), and experience with market benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, WTW).
7. Strong business partnering skills, excellent project management abilities, and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Preferred:
1. Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist).
2. Experience working in a multi-country Total Rewards role.
