Job Title: English and Maths KS3 SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Harlow Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored English and Maths tuition to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Create individualised learning plans to support the academic progress of each student. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles of SEN students. Assess student's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes. Collaborate with school staff and parents to provide feedback on student's performance and development. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK. Specialist knowledge and experience in teaching English and Maths to students with SEN. Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions to support student learning. Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: A degree in Education or relevant subject. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience working with SEN students. Strong knowledge of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, with flexibility to work around school schedules. Work mainly in a learners home setting. Potential travel to different school locations within the East of England.
