Job Overview
We are seeking TWO dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Provincial Endoscopy Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and be capable of handling various administrative and supervisory tasks.
Duties
1. Manage and supervise clinic staff, including nurses and administrative personnel, technicians.
2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
3. Implement and maintain electronic medical records systems.
4. Coordinate patient scheduling and flow to optimize efficiency.
5. Handle budgeting and financial aspects of the clinic.
6. Oversee inventory management and ordering of medical supplies.
7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver quality patient care.
8. Handle human resources duties such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Skills
1. Proficiency in electronic medical records management.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
3. Experience with Dentrix or similar software preferred.
4. Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting is beneficial.
5. Strong budgeting skills for managing clinic finances.
6. Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively.
7. Understanding of human resources practices in a healthcare setting.
