Our Client is a contemporary flex-space provider, offering innovative office solutions to business communities. As an Operations Assistant you will be working alongside the Centre Team to provide a full range of client services in the Business Centre.

What you will be doing:
* Support the Centre Manager including dealing with client issues, staff rota’s, health and safety etc.
* Cash handling including banking, providing invoices and chasing payments
* Be a Centre representative by consistently delivering a high standard of customer care including maintaining and building client relationships
* Ensure that all aspects of Security, health and safety procedures are up to date and adhered to at all times.
* Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently
* Any additional duties that might be required
What you need to bring:
* Confident and personable character
* Excellent communication skills
* Microsoft Word/Excel experience
* Have a passion for Customer Service/Sales
* Organised and able to plan/manage own workload
