We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and passionate HR Data, Payroll and Benefits specialist with great attention to detail who can support our People Team to manage Payroll, Benefits and People Data through the HR & Payroll system. You will support the design, implementation, roll-out, and ongoing management of our HR & Payroll system. You will also be our HR Data Reporting expert, ensuring that all internal stakeholders, and suppliers receive all the data that they are required to receive. You will provide support and relevant training to our Site based People Teams to ensure the highest level of data integrity across the employee lifecycle is achieved, and all employees are paid correctly and on time and receive the relevant benefits. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a good level of understanding of payroll processes and benefits management. Your skills and experience will include: HR Generalist experience Experience in implementing HRIS software. Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software, such as ADP, Workday, or SAP, is advantageous. Proven experience working with and administering a HR and Payroll system Good knowledge of payroll processes and familiarity with benefits management principles and employee benefits programs Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in payroll and Benefits management practices and general employment law. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain and interpret complex data sets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and administering Benefits. Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
