This full-time role is available for an immediate start, with the opportunity for long-term placement for the right candidate. About the Role: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to students with complex and profound SEND, focusing on their educational, social, and emotional development. Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver an engaging and accessible curriculum. Offer one-on-one or small group support to students aged 4 to 19, helping them achieve their full potential. About You: We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 2/3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or Childcare (preferred but not essential). Has experience working with children or young people with moderate to complex additional needs. Demonstrates strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with students. Can provide suitable references and has (or can obtain) a valid DBS check.
