As part of their continued growth, the company is expanding its Property & Sales team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high occupancy across their extensive portfolio.
The Role
We are seeking ambitious sales professional passionate about property to join this fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales & lettings process, ensuring an exceptional experience for both tenants and landlords while contributing to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct property viewings, manage tenant applications, and oversee referencing and tenancy agreements.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to key stakeholders, building strong relationships.
* Market properties effectively to maximise exposure and achieve high occupancy.
* Manage tenancy renewals and ensure all processes adhere to regulatory compliance.
* Keep accurate records and stay informed about current market trends.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Previous Sales, lettings or property management experience is highly desirable.
* Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential.
* Mindset: Proactive, results-driven individuals with a genuine passion for property.
* Driving License: A valid UK driving license is required.
