Role Overview:
The Sales & Customer Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the company's ambitious expansion goals. This dynamic and entrepreneurial role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting brand promotion through marketing and events. Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
* Generate a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive outreach and qualification of inbound enquiries.
* Actively promote services and solutions to prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
* Address client queries and feedback promptly, offering tailored solutions to meet individual needs.
3. Strategic Collaboration:
* Work closely with senior management to develop and implement customer engagement and retention strategies.
* Provide insights into customer needs and market trends to inform business strategies.
4. Marketing & Events:
* Assist in brand promotion through participation in industry events and marketing initiatives.
* Keep customers informed about new services and developments to foster engagement and sales growth.
5. Feedback Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within a services industry.
* Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
* A genuine passion for sustainability and conservation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
* Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or a related field.
Desirable:
* Experience in the property or sustainability sectors.
* Familiarity with BNG legislation and natural capital concepts.
