Customer Service Administrator – Telford - Permanent
L & C Consulting are recruiting with a successful company based in Telford for a new Customer Service / Sales Support / Internal Sales Administrator. Based in Central Telford, the role will suit an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Advisor / Sales Administrator who is looking for a new challenge.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Provide aftersales care to customers
* Order processing
* Raise Invoices & POs
* Handle incoming sales enquiries
* Complaint handling
* Updating CRM
* Organise deliveries
* Other ad hoc admin duties
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills, be well organised and able to handle multiple projects and orders simultaneously, be numerate and have a flexible approach to your work.
You will need to be IT literate including proficiency with Ms Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with SAP is also ideal.
Hours of work, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
The site in Telford means it is also commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Newport, Shifnal, Ironbridge, Bridgnorth, Perton etc
