Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience

They are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support, and are currently seeking a Registered Contract Manager to help oversee two services next to each other in Kent.
Role Overview:
As the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living services. You will ensure that the residents receive the highest standard of care, leading your staff team in the home and reporting to your Head of Service.
Location: Located in Gravesend, commutable from Maidstone, Croydon, Chatham, Dartford, and Brentwood.
Requirements:
1. NVQ 4 or above
2. Proven experience in a management role within this setting
3. Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
4. Strong leadership and team management skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
