Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm, fully office based25 days holiday plus Bank Hols We’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join this IT team in Derby If you enjoy solving IT issues and providing top-notch support, this could be the role for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues with technical queries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll also assist with user account setups, remote support, and liaising with third-party vendors when needed. We’d love to hear from you if you have great customer service skills, basic IT troubleshooting knowledge, and are working towards industry certifications like CompTIA A. A driving licence would be great too.
