A community-facing, building-based role in Glasgow city centre. The Building Manager ensures the smooth running of the Many Studios building, studio and hire operations, and members' needs.
Many Studios is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and creative organisation which has operated a Creative Hub from the East End of Glasgow since 2016.
We are currently recruiting for a Building Manager (Maternity Cover). The role is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The core services of Many Studios are the leasing of forty creative workspaces on rolling monthly, quarterly, and six-month leases (depending on size) and an Events Space for temporary hire. This role is grounded in the physical building, ensuring that the organisation can provide a quality, warm service and meet the diverse needs of our community members. As such, while the role has indicative set hours, we require flexibility to ensure that the building is managed during hires and events outside of normal working hours, including at weekends.
