Salary: Between £24,000-£27,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week, part time would be considered.

Position:
As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes. Your excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you manage confidential information with discretion. Often the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will make a real difference to our employees.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across all areas of HR.
* Respond to basic HR, payroll, and system queries, escalating issues when needed.
* Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy in accordance with data protection regulations.
* Assist with the preparation and administration of employee documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and modifications to terms and conditions.
* Support recruitment by posting job vacancies, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
* Provide support in HR cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. This includes preparing letters, coordinating meetings, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Take minutes for HR meetings, which may include disciplinary meetings, grievance meetings, inductions, exit interviews.
* Handle new starter onboarding, including benefits setup and Right to Work checks.
* Keep employees informed about benefits and prepare reports on benefits spending.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification (working towards or willingness to work towards it).
* Experience in HR administration and working with HRIS databases.
* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
