About You
We are looking for a Retail Colleague (that’s our name for a Retail Assistant at Lakeland). As a Retail Colleague, you won’t just be helping customers visiting our store – you’ll be bringing a bit of theatre to the retail experience with your enthusiasm. You’ll be someone who loves our products and uses them in daily life: preparing breakfast with our utensils, selling them all day, and using them again at home in the evening. Our Retail Colleagues bring our products to life for our customers so they can see their unique benefits for themselves. This isn’t a role for those who want to blend into the background – we want people for whom the store is a stage and who will put our products in the lead role.
Who We Are
Founded in the early 60s, we're still a family-owned business with strong values of quality and customer care. From selling plastic bags for home freezing from the Rayner family garage in Windermere to over 4000 kitchen and home products today, Lakeland has grown to the extent that we now send out thousands of parcels a day from our Kendal despatch centre, and we have stores nationwide.
