Manage credit control process for clients, ensuring timely debt collection, minimised aged debt, and effective client concerns resolution.
* Collect debts, follow up on outstanding payments, and reduce aged debt.
* Liaise with Account Managers to resolve issues.
* Maintain accurate notes and diary entries.
* Provide weekly debt updates to the Credit Manager.
* Submit requests through transaction management.
* Credit control experience, preferably in property.
* Highly organised, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fast learner with strong initiative and attention to detail.
£30,000 - £33,000, Full Time, 6 Month FTC, opportunity to go permanent.
