About the Role The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting the ledgers & Cash Book Manager, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. The role requires working with the team and wider business to resolve any queries and will require involvement with other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary. You will be a constant role model for the Forge Holiday Group values, and ensure they become a way of working for the whole team giving every customer (internal and external) a ‘World Class Customer Experience’. This role involves identifying, sharing and spreading best practise throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork. You will ensure that all decisions are based on the achievement of the Company Strategic Pillars. Your Responsibilities: Timely processing of General Supplier Invoices into SAP By Design. Timely processing of Managed Service Supplier Invoices into Enterprise. Ensuring supplier records are kept up to date. Process Property Consultant Invoices in a timely manner. Processing of supplier, managed services and advertising directory invoices in SAP or Enterprise. Processing of Property Consultant expenses in SAP. Direct Debit instructions. Purchase Order / Sales Invoice Registers management. Working with the team and alongside other departments to drive efficiencies and improve processes across the team and wider business. Maintaining and updating process documentation across the team. Supporting external audit requests.
