The Senior Delivery Manager - Improvement Community Programme at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for leading a team to develop and implement the Trust's Improvement Community. This initiative supports the Trust's strategy to deliver better, faster, and fairer healthcare for all. The role involves connecting improvers across the organization, developing staff capability to lead local improvements, and recognizing and celebrating bottom-up improvement efforts from staff. The post holder will oversee programmes through their lifecycle, develop support mechanisms for staff, and work closely with CITI colleagues to promote and deliver CITI Academy's offerings. They will also lead the development of digital platforms, provide data analytics support, and organize events to connect staff and celebrate improvements. Additionally, the role includes developing and implementing a branding and communication campaign to ensure staff understand the importance of improvement and know how to get support. Main duties of the job The post is funded by the GST Charity for a period of two years, and key results areas include; Oversee the implementation of the improvement community through its programme lifecycle i.e. project initiation, delivery, mobilisation and review Further develop and implement support mechanisms for staff to undertake local improvements.
