We are looking for a Lecturer in Carpentry to join our growing Construction team at our Higham Ferrers site. We have exceptional facilities here at Moulton, and students are able to benefit from our extensive range of resources designed to ensure they get a realistic experience of working to an industrial standard.
This role is 3 days per week, working Monday to Wednesday, and is key in our Construction team. We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to ensure the provision of this course is kept to our high standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lecture and train carpentry students
* Develop programmes and materials
* Work closely and be supported by a team of Technicians and tutors
* Assess students’ initial support needs and monitor progress
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
* Commitment to and evidence of CPD
* Experience of working in a similar role
* Experience of working with young people
