Job Title: French Speaking Customer Service Representative
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Bracknell
Responsibilities:
Using your French Language to manage a retail client portfolio for order management and processing
Processing client retail orders onto the CRM system to release accurate information to 3rd Party distributors
Ensuring all EU orders are compliant with ever-changing EU and Customs regulations
Liaising with 3rd Party warehouses to ensure orders are actioned, packed, and dispatched in line with client guidelines
Providing proactive, excellent customer service both written via email and verbal
Following up delivery discrepancies ensuring invoices are paid
Skills & Experience:
French language both written and verbal
Order entry and management at a high volume
A resilient and calm attitude, due to the reactive and fast paced nature of the business
Great communication skills and "can do" attitude
Able to work on own initiative
Well organised and reliable, with a systematic approach to work
Proactive nature with the desire to follow cases through to resolution
Ability to make improvements in processes, procedures, and systems
