Job description Teamwork Partnership is Currently recruiting for a experienced Line Leader Supervisor on behalf of our client in Oldham. This is a permanent position from day 1. Example Accountabilities · Lead and motivate a small team of operatives. · Promote effective working relationships. · Maintain company standards – Hygiene /GMP and quality. · Responsible for ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately completed. · Report Health and Safety issues and follow up when required. · Prepare and conduct regular audits. · Ensure adequate skills are available and maintained. · Must drive line efficiencies and continually improve waste. Candidate Profile: · Previous experience as Charge hand or Leading hand in charge of a team of operatives. · Highly flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment. · Conscientious and pays attention to detail, familiarity with quality paperwork. · Likes to be challenged and challenge others to have ‘right first time ‘approach. · Willing to learn new tasks quickly. Hours · 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00-20:00 Friday Flexibility around hours of work is required in order to accommodate business requirements as necessary.
