Occupational Health Consultancy Ltd (OHC) are looking to recruit a new Head of Clinical Services to lead their clinical team.
They are an SME providing occupational health (OH) services to a wide range of customers across the south coast and beyond, ranging from schools, councils, marine, construction, and many more diverse organisations. No two companies are the same, which makes the work interesting, and there is always something new to learn!

You'll be managing the clinical team on a day-to-day basis, taking responsibility for clinical excellence, maintaining partnerships with customers, and creating and maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications and experience
1. Registered General Nurse - OH Specialist Practitioner on part 3 of the NMC register
2. At least 2 years experience managing OH service delivery and people
3. Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
4. Demonstrated leadership experience in providing clear decision-making in a clinical environment
