Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for an Assistant Administration Manager to work for our prestigious client based in Sheffield.
Please note: This is a temporary to permanent position.
Duties will include:
1. Line management of up to 7 administrators and administrative functions and processes across several sites.
2. Movement around two sites (to support on site and off site/remote admin) when needed.
3. Delegation of work tasks, ensuring quality of work at all times.
4. Assisting and aiding where issues arise; problem solving.
5. Data download, manipulation, interrogation, analysis and reporting; working to strict SLAs.
6. Operating and working collaboratively with other teams and departments.
7. Processing of data and feeding into monthly bill.
8. Supporting Senior Management Team with information requests or task completion by team.
9. Bringing about process improvements and efficiencies where identified.
10. Organising and supporting meetings, minute taking at high level meetings.
11. Invoice processing with administrator; purchase of items via credit card/purchase processes.
12. Organising and supporting events on and off site.
The ideal candidate:
1. Minimum 2 years in an administrative/business support team leader/supervisory role.
2. Good Excel skills and confident in Microsoft packages.
3. Good levels of literacy skills.
4. Resilient and enjoys a challenge.
5. Proactive work ethic and good problem solving skills.
6. Good attention to detail.
Hours of Work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum. #J-18808-Ljbffr
