Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator working as part of the commercial team to be the internal voice of the customer ensuring their requirements and expectations are known
Key Responsibilities – Customer Account Coordinator
* Communicating with customers to support and understand their requirements
* Incoming Business Telephone calls and connections to Department staff
* Maintaining customer data if appropriate and ensuring systems are up to date
* Work closely with Production Control and Production to balance the orderbook into a production plan.
* Ability to analyse potential delivery concerns from data provided
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet customer dates
* Negotiating order book changes with client as appropriate, including price and timing
* Reacting promptly and appropriately to any customer concerns, escalating as and when required
* Attend client meetings/progress calls as appropriate
* You may be required to work alternative shifts / hours
* You may be required to perform any other reasonable duties/specific projects from time to time and as directed by management.
