If you have a strong background in legal administration and a passion for providing exceptional support, then we want to hear from you The role includes:- assisting with the drafting and filing of legal documents and client telephone queries, managing and organising legal correspondence and documentation – typing correspondence and documents (audio experience desirable). Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, providing administrative support to legal professionals – file opening, giving quotes and sending out quote letters, scanning, photocopying and filing, managing email correspondence. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting with general compliance. You ideally need to have:- proven experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally in a Private Client Department), excellent knowledge of legal terminology and documentation, proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
