Job Details: Property Management Assistant
Description: We’ve got an incredibly exciting, new opportunity for a Property Management Assistant to join our regional team on the Isle of Arran. A role that would see you providing an essential service to our homeowners; our managed service takes the stress away from letting out a holiday home, as we take care of cleaning, maintenance, check in – you name it, we’ll simplify the process and take the pressure away.
The Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and co-ordinate maintenance and cleanliness jobs for over 50 properties.
2. Communicate within the team on all maintenance and property management issues.
3. Liaise with owners on all jobs and issues relating to the property and organise contractors to ensure all maintenance is up to date.
4. Responsible for the co-ordination and completion of the annual maintenance tasks - property safety audits, boiler servicing, and Landlords Gas Safety Certificates.
5. Responsible for the monthly check on oil and gas levels for properties and arrange delivery where necessary.
6. Carry out quality checks for general standard and upkeep and housekeeping standards.
7. Assist with weekly property checks for Property check only houses and assist with the fortnightly winter checks on managed properties (Nov – March).
8. Assist in taking sales calls and dealing with email enquiries, with a high level of customer service.
9. Deal efficiently with customer concerns/complaints, liaising with owners where necessary.
General Office Duties and Priorities:
1. Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist with weekly guest preparation where required – collating arrival information.
3. Completion of internal and third-party invoicing.
