Business Development ManagerFMCGSalary: £45,000 - £48,000 + car allowance Location: Hybrid/2 days in the London officeOur client, an FMCG brand that is rapidly expanding across Europe, they are looking for an experienced Business Development/Key Account Executive to join their growing team to focus on their mainstream market. Their mainstream markets include retail chains (Sainsbury's, Tesco ect), independent retailers, and foodservice clients.You will be working with a highly talented Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth across designated markets, building strategic relationships, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.Key responsibilities include:Manage and work with distributors to deliver annual sales targets.You will identify and pursue opportunities to drive business.Establish and maintain good relationships with all external stakeholders to provide effective support and to create solid partnerships.Plan and analyse trade promotional programmes, and evaluate results of the activities implemented. Regular updates on pricing for the clients products and for competitors’ products, you'll use this information to support business planning.Ensure sufficient inventory for distributors at any time, planning with distributors to prevent supply interruption.Timely reporting of market situations, data analysis, sales target achievement, and project updates provided to management.Key skills:University degree 3 to 4 years of sales experience in FMCG industryPrepared to work flexible hours and travel when needed.Full driving licence. Good Microsoft office skills for sales figure analysis, reporting, and presentation.
