Job Description JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - Reporting & Data Insights (Open) SALARY: From £42,120 LOCATION(S): Chester, Leeds or Manchester HOURS: Full-time About this opportunity This role presents an opportunity to join the Consumer Lending Chief Controls Office within the Framework & Data Insights team, delivering a broad range of activities that focus on how Consumer Lending as a business runs its non-financial control environment. Building and driving adoption of real-time, data-led, visually engaging insights on risk framework and end-to-end control performance using data visualisation tools. Producing concise and insightful reports on the performance of controls for risk committees and other forums. Working with a network of collaborators to produce the insight required in the timescales agreed. Offering guidance to technical and non-technical colleagues to develop their analytics capability. Innovating to go faster by taking responsibility for challenging existing processes, adopting change and viewing advancements in technology as opportunities to help us deliver for our customers. Join us on our journey and you will too… What you’ll need We’re looking for a reporting professional with experience in risk & control management, including: Knowledge of, and experience of using, risk management systems (e.g. Open Pages) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI and Tableau) to produce insightful management information. Ability to understand and assimilate different sources of data and complex information to facilitate effective analysis and decision making by the business. Ability to produce concise and insightful reports on the performance of controls for risk committees and other forums. An understanding of Conduct, Compliance and Operational Risk. A proactive and open approach to learning and embracing new experiences to intentionally develop your individual and team abilities.
