We design and build all our learning materials to satisfy our exacting standards for quality. To support our delivery, we build creative and intuitive eLearning content, design, and development to maximise our student’s experience and engagement with their learning programme.
All our educational products are served through our learning management system and are mobile compliant, allowing them to be used across a variety of systems and devices.
We are seeking an experienced e-Learning instructional designer to join our content and production team to accelerate the digitalisation of our learning provision.
The ideal candidate will have a creative eye, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative learning solutions and experiences.
You will need to share our vision for quality standards and have a strong work ethic. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to work effectively both independently, and as part of a small and focused team.
Duties
The role will encompass a wide variety of duties focused on the design and development of eLearning content, including but not limited to the following:
1. Utilise a variety of eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, Captivate and/or Gomo to create interactive and visually appealing learning content
2. Review user interaction and analytics data to better understand how learners are engaging with existing content
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all learning materials are consistent with the company’s brand and messaging
4. Test and troubleshoot e-learning courses for functionality and usability
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest e-learning trends and best practices
6. Training and time to become familiar with these products will be provided for those not acquainted with specific programs.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to satisfy the following criteria:
1. Hold a design qualification and have paid experience in this capacity
2. Have at least one year of experience designing e-learning courses or instructional content
3. Proficiency with Articulate Rise, Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign)
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work to targets and in a team
6. A keen interest in health and fitness
