Crosby High School, a 170 place school for pupils age 11-16, with moderate learning difficulties to complex learning difficulties is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and friendly pastoral support assistant. The ideal candidate will: Have experience of working with children with SEND Be committed to work within the Pastoral Team on targeted, tiered and co-ordinated interventions with pupils and families. Be dedicated to the welfare, safeguarding and emotional wellbeing of all pupils Be able to contribute to the assessment, planning and intervention work with pupils and families under supervision of the Pastoral Manager. Be able to liaise with class teams, multi –agencies, providing practical, hands on support, advice and guidance. Be able to work within the Thrive approach whole school ethos, delivering interventions, strategies and actions plans for all pupils. Be able to keep accurate information and data in relation to all interventions, with discretion and confidentiality.
