Job Purpose
* To ensure the successful design and delivery of all Change projects and programmes.
* To ensure the successful design and delivery of designated customer facing projects and programmes.
* The role will focus on releasing value through the delivery of defined change programmes by deploying current business capability (products, services, resources etc…).
* The role will also aim to identify and define new capability requirements to release further value / benefits and to support EMCOR UK’s strategic aspirations.
* The role will act as change consultants to the wider business, to analyse, define, document and execute the change initiatives, understanding the impact and benefits to all affected company service streams and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understand current business improvement deliverables and ensure work plans are executed effectively.
* Work collaboratively with the account teams and stakeholders to define, design and implement business change, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities in these activities.
* Challenge current operating models to identify improvement potential and create business cases for improvement and deployment and operational excellence.
* Lead structured improvement activities.
* Design and implement operational solutions pertinent to the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Execute processes and initiatives, coaching and guiding on any areas of business improvement.
* Define and analyse prioritised change programmes with a fully defined business case with credible benefits realisation plans.
* Keep relevant with FM Industry developments.
* Support the effective delivery of process training to support key change initiatives.
* Facilitate best practice and continuous improvement sharing by ensuring adherence to process.
* Benefit Management - Ensure plans capture activities beyond lifecycle of project to ensure benefit measurement, and therefore realisation.
* Establish a consistently positive working relationship with all clients and end users.
* Ensure an effective feedback mechanism is in place to allow clients feedback to be monitored and actions logged and closed out.
* Ensure an effective communications plan is in place and that stakeholder engagement is proactively managed.
Person Specification
Who you'll be:
Qualifications
* Experience in a TFM Operational role.
* Change Management/ Business Improvement experience.
* Valid full driving licence.
* Knowledge of the current legislation and mandatory standards relating to safe working practices.

* Relationship management skills and ability to manage through a team under direct line management and those non-directly managed.

* Be commercially aware and have a sound knowledge of budget preparation, negotiation and management.
