Job Description Role Title: Office Administrator Purpose of the role: To perform a range of general customer focussed administration/processing duties within a team of 3 people. Reports to: Transaction Processing Manager Location: Bandet Way, Thame Main Responsibilities: Answering the switchboard and taking messages as appropriate Greet visitors, complying with health & safety as required Manage own and shared inbox Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with company procedures and timescales.
