We are working with a well-established and prestigious Oxford College to recruit a Reservations and Accommodation Manager (1 year Fixed Term Contract - Permanent) to join their team.
You will be responsible for the management of the reservations and accommodations team, with 2 direct reports. You will be managing all procedures and bookings of accommodation for the Fellows, undergraduates and postgraduates.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the accommodations team to maximise occupancy across all rooms throughout the year
- Engage with booking platforms to maximise occupancy
- Liaise with students to accommodate requests and welfare requirements
- Ensure systems are in place for collection of monies for refunds, damages and additional charges
- Manage complaints in a professional and effective manner
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the first class service is provided
- Become an expert on the bespoke accommodations system (KX) and roll-out to the business
- Support departments with migration and training with new software ensure it is being utilised effectively
We are looking for an applicant who has:
- Experience working with kinetic KX system for accommodation allocation
- Experience in a leadership role
- Advanced stakeholder management, with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
- Experience managing accommodation allocation in a busy higher education environment
