Your new role
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and supervising construction activities
2. Managing subcontractors and site staff
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Monitoring project progress and preparing reports
5. Liaising with clients, architects, and engineers
6. Resolving any issues or delays that may arise
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, candidates will need:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
5. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
6. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
