ROLE – ESH&Q Administrator DEPARTMENT – ESH&Q LOCATION – Chorley CLEARANCE- BPSS Working with NSG NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. NSG is seeking a ESH&Q Project Services Manager to oversee the newly formed ESH&Q Project Services Function. The role will offer career development opportunities as well as developing the existing team in supporting NSG delivery teams operating across our UK Projects. The Role To assist the ESH & Q Manager & ESH & Q Advisor(s) with any ESH & Q administration tasks that are required. Key Objectives Working, at all times, under the supervision of a qualified/experienced member of staff, the apprentice will undertake a range of duties to include: Administration Assisting with maintenance of ESH & Q information and procedures Collating and adding utility data from invoices Assisting with ESH & Q related documentation including filing Logging and collecting responses to event reports and AO’s Scheduling Walkrounds Assisting with QSHEW updates, formatting & issuing of documents Provision of PP Waste data gathering and input Site emergency equipment check Positive AO letters Action chasing Qualifications and Skills Qualifications GCSE / NVQ level 2 qualification in appropriate subjects including: English Mathematics IT- Essential ICT NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent- Desirable IOSH Managing Safely or Equivalent- Desirable Level 2 Health & Safety in the Workplace or equivalent is essential to the role Experience and Knowledge Well organised with the ability to work to timescales and demonstrate attention to detail- Essential Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical- Essential Process Mapping- Desirable Internal Auditing- Desirable Minute taking- Desirable Reception/Customer Service- Desirable
