Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Bedford / Luton / Peterborough
Salary: Up to GBP37,000 basic, plus uncapped bonus, plus company car, Unlimited OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

My client is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to manage new business opportunities and build key customer relationships within their Industrial Divisions across Bedford, Luton, and Peterborough.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll work closely with my clients branches and teams to drive new business and support continued growth in the Industrial sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Generate leads using all available resources including cutting edge CRM and Sales AI software
2. Manage and utilize your enhanced LinkedIn account
3. Attend networking events
4. Utilize your marketing budget
5. Grow an existing lead database
6. Research and monitor competitors
7. Develop and manage your own portfolio of target accounts
8. Achieve and exceed monthly targets
9. Participate in branch team meetings and individual performance reviews
10. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system
11. Develop strategies to promote the company’s products and services
12. Prepare sales forecasts, establish sales goals for the region, and communicate these
13. Collaborate with Managers to identify market news/leads
Experience Required
1. A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in winning new business
2. Demonstrated success in sales and account management
3. Experience working with volume users and achieving results
4. Proven ability to exceed targets
5. Full UK driving license
