The post holders will provide administrative support across children’s commissioning functions including Childrens Placements, Short Breaks, and Finance. You will have experience of prioritising your own workload as you will be responsible for a range of duties including overseeing Invoice payments, supporting and assisting in the administration of internal/external meetings, and supporting the Commissioning Team. It is also essential that you have effective communication and organisational skills to carry out some of these duties.
The post holder must be able to work independently and as part of a team as and when required to ensure the duties of the role are fulfilled. You should also be able to manage your workload and work to deadlines.
We are a small team who support each other, and training will be available to support you in the role. The role offers hybrid working or can be office-based.
