Mode Search is partnering with a jewellery brand in their search for a Senior Omnichannel Commercial & Operations Manager. This brand is celebrated for its delicate & bespoke designs using the finest materials. As the company experiences significant growth, they are looking for a strategic addition to their leadership team to elevate brand awareness, develop brand strategy and overall market presence
In this role, you will play a pivotal role reporting directly to the CEO, helping shape the brand’s commercial strategy and ensuring it resonates with the brands vision. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategy, working with the ecommerce, merchandising and marketing teams whilst keeping a hands on approach to distribution and reporting. Based in west London, this role offers WFH on Fridays.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and performance.
* Set up and provide regular performance reports including customer insights and market trends
* Manage P&L across retail, ecommerce and wholesale
* Review merchandising strategy, stock levels and forecasting
* Lead operations across all channels
* Nurture and expand existing wholesale partnerships and develop distribution in line with the brand’s vision
* Identify and develop new collaborations to strengthen the brand’s market presence
* Work closely with design, merchandising, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
* Monitor brand performance, reporting on key metrics and proposing improvements to optimize impact.
Requirements
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in an operational and commercial role within luxury
* Excellent command of Excel reporting tools including pivot tables
* Experience building and managing a P&L
* Passion for craftsmanship, personalization, and heritage-driven storytelling.
