We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Surveyor to join our growing Assets Investment Team. Reporting into the Asset Performance Manager you will be part of a technical team focussed on improving the performance of our asset portfolio. We’ll need you to have a relevant degree level professional qualification or be qualified by experience. CIOB membership at Member or Fellow status with evidence of continuous professional development alongside recent experience and knowledge of property data systems, asset performance models and energy software at end user level. The ideal person will have conducted property condition surveys, prepared detailed reports and have a strong knowledge of the social housing sector, and a thorough understanding of legislation and guidance relating to asset management.
