Legal Manager
A Legal Manager is required to lead a successful Employment Law team from an operational and performance perspective with responsibility for the future development of the department. Working closely with the senior management, the Senior Employment Lawyer will have:
1. Previous people management skills
2. Employment law experience
3. Strong Commercial awareness
4. Proven communication skills both verbal and written
5. Hold a legal qualification such as qualification as a solicitor or legal executive
The Employment team works on behalf of individuals across the UK advising on all aspects of Employment law, and this role will require the Legal Manager to lead by example, motivating, nurturing, and delivering policy and strategy to ensure continued success.
Salary: Circa £70,000-£85,000 + bonus + pension + flexible benefits
