Job Description:
Deli Team Member - Pay rates ranging from £10.01 - £12.20 per hour depending on your age and great benefits. Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, between 5.30am / 6.00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility required.

Our Delis are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch, or great coffee on the go. Our hard-working and friendly team make it all happen - from preparing delicious food, delivering first-class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
As Deli Team Member you will:
1. Listen to and understand our customers' needs and advise customers about our products and services.
2. Provide a first-class service to all of our customers.
3. Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
4. Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter and production kitchen duties.
5. Work as part of a team to ensure all counters - SPAR Bakery and deli remain fresh and appetizing for our customers.
6. Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success:
Don't worry if you have no previous retail or foodservice experience - we'll provide you with all the right training. Above all, we are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience!

Working Hours: Full-time position available at 37.5 hours per week working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, between 5.30am / 6.00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility required.
