Job Title PURCHASE LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR Location BELFAST Package: Salary Purchase Ledger Administrator£ 28,000 Company Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Long Service and Loyalty Incentives The role will include the following responsibilities: To process invoices and payments through a high volume purchase ledger To provide administrative assistance to the Financial Controller To produce weekly and monthly account reconciliations To Assist with administrative tasks within a busy finance department To produce of daily/ weekly / monthly reports To carry out any other duties as required. Criteria GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above High Level of aptitude for administrative tasks Good organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision Experience minimum 12 months experience working within an administrative / accounting role. Experience within a finance department would be an advantage.
