Are you an organised and proactive professional looking for a dynamic administrative role? We are seeking a Business Support Assistant to provide vital support to our Admin department and wider business operations. This role includes reception cover, office support, project support, and assisting key stakeholders across the company.
This role will be split across our sites in High Wycombe and Bicester ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both sites. Therefore, the successful candidate must hold a full driving license and be flexible on working location due to the nature of the role.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Support Assistant include but are not limited to:
* Reception Cover - Provide cover on Fridays and support the Office Manager, including holiday cover.
* Office & Site Support - Maintain two office sites in Bicester, ensuring the showroom is well presented.
* Customer Escalations - Track escalations and liaise with the Company Secretary when legal advice is required.
* Administrative Support - Assist with projects, research, presentations, and meeting organisation.
* Event Coordination - Support the Executive Assistant with internal and external events.
* Business Support - Assist directors, including the Finance Director and Sales Director, with various administrative tasks.
What we're looking for:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
* A-level qualification (or equivalent) - business studies desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams experience beneficial).
* Proactive and adaptable - able to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of integrity - ability to manage confidential information professionally.
