An exciting opportunity has arisen within the medical education team based in the Post Graduate Education Centre on the Frimley park site.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and proactive individual who has experience of working in a team environment and enjoys helping and supporting others.
• To be a point of contact for our GP trainees, locally employed doctors and Internal Medicine Trainees
• Co-ordinate placements and rotations in collaboration with external GP Training Programme Directors (TPDs) and medical HR
• Co-ordinate teaching events including room bookings, creating attendance registers
• Administration and monitoring of training e-portfolios
• Plan, attend and minute Local Faculty Meetings (LFGs)
• Allocation of education and clinical supervisors in collaboration with TPDs
• Pastoral support to trainees with referral to senior team as appropriate
