Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls, primarily from existing customers.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify opportunities with existing customers.
* Assist in preparing quotes to support our sales team.
* Ensure monthly promotions are prepared and online in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with their marketing support team.
* Help market new product launches and ensure customers are informed.
* Build and maintain an email marketing database.
* Perform general office duties as required, including filing, matching, and processing.
