Summary
Trioscape Garden Centre is hiring at our independent site based in Highleadon, Gloucestershire.
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, organised HR Administrator to join our passionate and busy team. This role is based on a 3-day week working 9-4:30 with flexibility required.
What you will be doing:
1. Handle administration and general queries covering all stages of the employee lifecycle.
2. Manage the time and attendance system and resolving anomalies for monthly payroll.
3. Manage starter and leaver processes, including contract issuing, ensuring completion of key documents and adding and filing individuals’ information.
4. Entering invoices, credit notes, and statements onto our accounts package.
5. Preparing Weekly and Monthly rotas.
What you will need:
1. To enjoy creating ordered systems to manage a range of HR administration duties.
2. To be a great team player as you will support members of the team to provide an efficient and proactive HR service for Trioscape.
3. A grasp of computer skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion as part of your day-to-day activities.
4. Ideally, you will have some previous HR or Payroll experience.
Pay and benefits:
1. £15.00 PH
