Person Specification Please see attachedperson specificationfor a full list, which includes: Education & Professional Qualifications Essential: Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 2000) as accredited by the British Psychological Society, or British Psychological Society Statement of Equivalence. Eligible for Chartership as a clinical or counselling Psychologist (BPS) HCPC registration Experience Essential: Experience of working with a wide variety of patient groups, across the whole life course and presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity Experience of the application of clinical/counselling psychology in different cultural contexts Experience in data collection, audit, service evaluation and research methods Desirable: Experience of working within a clinical/counselling psychology role with patients with eating disorders, providing specialist psychological assessment and treatment of patients, including outpatient and inpatient settings. Experience of working in a clinical/counselling psychologist service with children and adolescents with mental health problems ARFID knowledge and/or experience Family Therapy for Eating Disorders experience CBT for Eating Disorders experience Experienced in oral presentations, working with people in groups This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024.
