We are recruiting for a PFI Commercial Support Manager to assist the National Ops Manager to deliver hard FM services across the portfolio. The role is a permanent position, circa 45k basic (Mon-Fri 40 hours per week) based from the Warrington offices. Plus a competitive package.
Main Duties of the Role:
1. To manage the contractual challenges arising from tenants, relating to unavailability claims or PMR disputes.
2. To review any such claim and assess the validity according to the contract.
3. To investigate with all relevant stakeholders, and present a robust response and/or solution to the CEO.
4. To write all company correspondence in relation to such claims or disputes.
5. To represent the company in client / tenant meetings as required.
6. To audit operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the contract and mitigating any risks to the business.
7. Work closely with the Technical Managers to ensure they are well educated as to how best their teams can mitigate risk of unavailability during their general maintenance duties.
8. Provide commercial support and advice on all issues including latent defect management, SFP and pay mech performance, contract performance and unavailability claims.
9. To provide detailed and accurate reporting, trackers and calculators to identify and report contractual breaches or risks.
10. Monitor SFP thresholds to identify and address any potential breach triggers, taking action to prevent these but also ensuring they are properly reported when a breach occurs.
11. Analyse Pay Mech reports monthly and apportion Service Failure Points accordingly for inclusion in the PMR’s.
12. Provide commercial input to any client facing reports.
Requirements
1. Must be able to demonstrate a high level of understanding of PFI/PPP contractual wording and obligations.
2. 5 Years experience in delivery of hard FM services within a performance regime.
3. Experience within a PFI/PPP setting is essential.
4. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
5. Highly analytical.
6. Highly literate with very strong written communication skills.
7. Assertive and strong communication skills.
8. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple work streams.
9. Effective relationship management and the ability to influence stakeholders.
