This is what you'll be doing:
As a Maintenance Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the performance of production and process machinery, ensuring operational efficiency. Your key duties will include:
6. Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance to keep equipment reliable and production smooth.
7. Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly address breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing mainly electrical and some mechanical faults.
8. Operational Support: Oversee factory startups and shutdowns, contributing to the overall success of daily operations.
9. Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and modification of electro-mechanical systems.
10. Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to enhance the skills of production and operational staff.
Qualifications:
11. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
12. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
13. Familiarity with PLC systems and automated machinery is preffered although not essential
14. Ability to work independently and within a team.
15. Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering or related field.
