If so, a Social Work Apprenticeship might be perfect for you.
Designed in collaboration with employers, this course is taught part-time over two and a half years at Manchester Metropolitan University in central Manchester. (1 or 2 days per week on campus, 3 or 4 days per week on placement).
Over 30 months, this program will train you to become a resilient, knowledgeable, and compassionate social worker by earning a BSc in Social Work through the Apprenticeship Programme. (Applicants with an existing degree can also apply, though this will be at the undergraduate level).
Applicants aged 18 and over can apply; there is no upper age limit.

Assessment Process:
If shortlisted, you will attend a 1-hour Assessment Centre on 22nd or 23rd May 2025, involving various activities.
If successful, you will be invited for an interview on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th June 2025.
If you pass the interview, you will complete an online comprehension test (~1 hour) with Manchester Metropolitan University via Microsoft Teams during the week of 9th June 2025.
